The School Administration Team is a Support Staff function and consists of three School Administration Assistants/Receptionists responsible for the provision of the School Reception and School administrative tasks. The role of School Administration Assistant/Receptionist plays an integral role in the operation of Withington Girls’ School, working closely with all support staff, teachers and the Senior Leadership team, as well as other stakeholders including prospective and current parents, alumnae, visitors and the local community.

The role of School Administration Assistant/Receptionist is immediately available. This role is 20 hours per week, 14:00pm-18:00pm, Monday to Friday, term time plus two weeks only. One of these weeks, are to be worked, the first week of the School’s summer holidays. The post holder will need to be flexible and have the ability to work extra hours at short notice.
