The Finance Department is seeking to appoint an organised, proactive and customer-focused Credit Controller to join the team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional to play a key role in supporting the Foundation’s financial operations by ensuring the timely collection of school fees and maintaining positive relationships with parents and guardians.
Working as part of a busy Finance team, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing an efficient and effective credit control service, helping to safeguard the Foundation’s cash flow while delivering a professional and empathetic service. They will manage the collection of school, Nursery and Kidzone fees, ensuring debtor accounts are accurately maintained and that outstanding balances are followed up in line with the Foundation’s procedures.
We are looking for someone with experience in credit control, accounts receivable or a similar finance role, with excellent communication skills and the confidence to handle sensitive matters professionally. They will have strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines. With good IT skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service, they will be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a supportive team.
