The role reports to the Director of Operations and is varied every day. A strong aptitude for technology is a must, as the School continues its strategic direction of harnessing the efficiencies of management platforms.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support the recruitment lifecycle and onboarding of new staff members, including scheduling interview and assessment days, and carrying out pre-employment vetting
  • Maintain the Single Central Register and personnel records in compliance with regulatory standards
  • Recruit and manage Sixth Formers to supervise Homework Club
  • Track and monitor staff absence
  • Update training, statutory forms and policy acknowledgement with whole staff
  • Administer day-to-day procedures of Human Resources
  • Provide absence cover for Rosary Reception, Student Services and Prep Reception
  • Support contractor management, including vetting
  • Support the Data Protection function
  • Support the lettings function, including vetting
  • Administer the policy review process
