We are looking for a music department administrator to support our busy and successful music team.

Detail

Reporting to the Director of Music, this role is offered as a job share alongside our existing administrator and plays an important part in the efficient and well-organised running of the department.

The is a varied and rewarding position, providing essential support to the music department in its day-to-day operations. Working closely with departmental staff and our team of circa 30 visiting music teachers, you will ensure the effective coordination of teaching timetables, activities and administrative processes.

You will act as a key point of contact for pupils and parents, offering guidance on the use of the department’s facilities and responding to day-to-day queries. The role includes completing daily pupil registrations and managing the detailed procedures required to support this dynamic and thriving department.
