The Deputy Nursery Manager at St Swithun’s plays a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality care and early education within a nurturing and stimulating environment.

Detail

Working closely with the Nursery Manager, the Deputy supports the day-to-day running of the nursery and contributes to the development of a consistent, high-quality provision for all children.

The role supports children’s learning and development in line with the Early Years Framework, ensuring that practice across the nursery reflects the highest standards of care, education and safeguarding. The Deputy will also lead the nursery's approach to SEND and inclusion, working with colleagues, families and external professionals to ensure that every child is supported to thrive.
