Required to start from week commencing 2 November 2026.

The Music Department of Queenswood School is looking to appoint an accomplished, well qualified and experienced Violin Teacher to join our staff of 12 visiting peripatetic musicians.

The Music Department is at the heart of school life and is housed in its own building which includes a small recital hall and some 16 practice rooms.

The successful candidate could potentially be offered up to 5 hours of teaching per week. They will be expected to prepare candidates for in-person music exams, concerts, GCSE coursework and competitions as appropriate and to record pupil progress effectively.

Queenswood is a GSA, BSA, HMC Boarding and Day School for approximately 430 girls aged 11-18, set in beautiful Hertfordshire countryside, easily accessible from North London. You can also enjoy free refreshments and ample parking whilst onsite.
