Queenswood School is seeking an Organist to join our vibrant and ambitious Music Department to support the worship in our beautiful Chapel.
As School Organist, you would play a pivotal role in the musical worship of the school, playing our organ (or piano if more appropriate for the repertoire) before and during assemblies and services in our Chapel, which celebrates its centenary in this coming academic year.
Our school organ has Hunter and Son pipes from 1928 with a Bishop and Son console with three manuel's from 1998. Assemblies and services take place each morning Monday - Thursday and there would be additional services to play for, including, but not limited to, Remembrance Day, Advent and Confirmations and the Leavers’ Service.
