The Admissions office plays a central role in the School and we are looking for someone to join the team, to cover a period of maternity leave. An interest in dealing with enquiries from prospective parents, demonstrable organisational skills and the ability to keep on top of all admissions processes will be necessary for the role. Strong communication skills, experience of data entry and close attention to detail are also essential.
The role will be based in Admissions in the morning and in the School Office in the afternoons u undertaking Admissions and other admin as requested.
37.5 hours per week for 12 months (Mat Cover).
Salary £26,512. The successful candidate will:
- Be methodical, tracking and following up on all enquires made to the Admissions office
- Comfortable with various databases, overseeing administration of Open Apply forms, email templates, checklists and payment information
- Be confident communicating with visitors including prospective parents
- Able to run all tours and visits and assist with open day and pupil recruitment events
Be an effective organiser with the ability to master a diverse workload

Salary: This is a fixed term contract for 12 months. A salary of £26,512.50 will be offered.
