The post of part-time Teacher of Music at Farnborough Hill, between 2 and 3 days per week, depending on the skill set of the candidate, is suitable for an experienced teacher, or ECT, who is able to make a significant contribution to both curricular and co-curricular music making. The successful candidate will be required to teach Music at KS3 and KS4, and with the relevant experience, also at KS5. The ability to accompany both individuals and ensembles on the piano is essential, and the capacity to play the organ would be advantageous but is not essential.
Music is integral to the fabric and happiness of the School, and many girls participate in curricular and co-curricular musical activities each week.
Salary according to qualifications and experience on Farnborough Hill’s own pay scale.
