As a traditional girls’ boarding school with a modern twist, we offer an enriching, caring and creative environment, where every pupil is challenged and supported in equal measure.

We are looking for a well-qualified Teacher to teach Computer Science and ICT at Key Stage 3 , 4 and A Level. You should be a Computing and ICT specialist with the ability to lead a small team in the delivery and development of the computing curriculum (including computer programming) from year 7 through to the Sixth Form.

Downe House is a Microsoft Showcase School offering staff and girls an opportunity to utilise technology in teaching and learning. Girls are able to achieve Microsoft Office Specialist accreditation. All staff are supported in achieving MIEE (Microsoft Innovative Educator Expert) status. The successful candidate will also have a chance to engaged with supporting the wider Digital Strategy.
