Channing School is seeking to appoint an outstanding and inspiring Visiting Teacher of Harp to join our thriving Music Department from September 2026. This self employed, part-time role offers the opportunity to teach talented and enthusiastic pupils aged 8–18 within a vibrant and supportive musical community, helping students of all abilities develop both technical proficiency and a lifelong love of music.

The Music Department is a dynamic and flourishing environment, supported by excellent facilities. The successful candidate will be a highly skilled harpist and inspiring teacher, capable of supporting pupils from beginner level through to advanced study. They will play an important role within the wider musical life of the school, preparing pupils for performances and examinations, encouraging musical excellence, and contributing to the warm and inclusive culture of the department.
