Burgess Hill Girls is a leading Sussex independent day and boarding school for girls aged four to eighteen. It is a friendly and empowering community which equips students with the knowledge, and all the social, physical, and emotional skills they need to pursue their dreams.

The School is looking for an experienced Director of Finance and Operations (DFO) or equivalent with a proven track record and with the vision, drive and energy to help shape the next stage of its development.

The role of the Director of Finance and Operations encompasses a very wide remit with full responsibility for all the administrative, compliance, financial, HR and property aspects of the School. The successful candidate will be a key member of SLT and the Executive team and needs to form good working relationships with all members of staff.
